At Lighthouse, we’re big fans of medical device expositions. Informa, the industry leader in these events, operates events and exhibitions around the world, delivering intelligence-based products and data-driven services, convening communities in person and digitally while providing access to cutting-edge research for specialist customer communities worldwide.
Diana Coulter, the Medical Team Sales Director who leads the sales team for the medical device manufacturers division, recently joined Robert Austring, Lighthouse CEO and Benjamin Gray, Lighthouse CTO on an episode of “At the Speed of Lighthouse.” On the podcast Diana talked at length about the benefits of attending and participating in the Informa Medical Device shows around the country like MD&M.
For Lighthouse, the Informa shows do a lot for us as a niche-based company. The shows represent an opportunity to not only generate leads but to network with other companies that may work in our space. Along with the opportunities for collaboration with suppliers, what’s also remained important for us at Lighthouse is the credibility for us to be at these shows year over year.
The shows combine the medical and manufacturing industries, bringing them together in the same space. Between all of the shows throughout the year we interact with a wide variety of attendees. These well-organized events are a way to get big device companies and small device companies on a level playing field inside of one room, and allow them to stir around and talk, and make the connections they need to do the business that’s within their role, to their success.
That being said, we are looking forward to attending and exhibiting at yet another MD&M show shortly. With many others, we’re kicking off the year creating new connections and nurturing existing relationships at the next Informa event. We hope to see you at MD&M West in Anaheim February 11th-13th.
